La Ciacolada

Our waiter Gabriel made the evening. He gave us excellent food recommendations to let us try local dishes and he knew the perfect local wines to pair with each course. He was able to tell us in detail the wine characteristics and why he chose the pairing. We learned so much about the region and had an excellent evening trying so many new things. This place clearly is a treasure for locals and we had a great night. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
